We take shipping seriously. Our goal is simple: get your order to you as efficiently and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know before placing your order.


Order Handling

Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our processing system immediately. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we always prioritize getting your order out fast.


Delivery Timeframe

After dispatch, your order will arrive within 7–15 business days.

This is an estimated timeframe, not a guarantee. Delays can happen due to customs, local carriers, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand — all of which are outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the system — this is normal while the package is in transit between facilities.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. You will always see the final cost before completing your purchase.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


International Orders

For orders shipped internationally, additional fees such as customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

These charges are not included in our pricing and must be covered by the customer.


Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes.


Delays, Loss & Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll look into it.

If a package is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to find a solution.

Please note:
• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
• We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (customs, courier disruptions, etc.)


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photo evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.
